Slum Children Education

In India not everyone can freely go to school. There is a substantial population that lives outside the system in makeshift communities. One example of this is located a few kilometers outside of Mohali known as Jagapura. Approximately 30,000 people live in this community and the children in this community are essentially born as ghosts with little chance of receiving government provided schooling. Our school in the Jagapura colony currently provides 50 children ages 5-16 educational courses, materials and meals 5 days a week.
